Welcome to the Tang Hall IPS Programme. Our purpose is to support the employment of adults who are disadvantaged by homelessness, addiction and complex needs. We offer job coaching and key working to people who have fallen through the cracks in society and need extra help, specificically those suffering from homelessness, addiction and complex needs. We also run a series of interventions alongside this programme, focusing on and to encourage expression and creativity.
